Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
1/2 to 3/4 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Melt butter; add flour, salt and pepper.
Stir.
Add milk and stir constantly until thickened.
Add cheese, stirring until cheese is melted.
