Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 c. non-fat yogurt
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine carrots and raisins. Take 1/2 cup carrots and raisin mixture; blend with yogurt and juices. Add rest of carrots and raisins; mix well. Chill. Serve cold. Serves 6.
