Sweet And Sour Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 7 c. sliced carrots
1/4 c. salad oil
3/4 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. tomato soup
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
-
Cook carrots until almost tender; drain.
Mix all other ingredients in a pan; bring to a boil.
Reduce to simmer; add carrots.
Cool and store in refrigerator.
Serve chilled as a side dish.
