Turtles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 block white bark
    1 c. pecan halves
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1 block chocolate bark
    16 caramels
Preparation
    Melt 1 to 2 minutes on High the bark in the microwave.
    Using a plastic spoon, place a small amount on wax paper, about the size of a quarter.
    Place pecan halves on bark and let cool.
    Melt the caramels and milk for 1 minute on High.
    Place small amount on top of nuts.
    Repeat step 1 and let cool.
