Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    6 to 8 dashes cumin powder
    1 lb. box Velveeta cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 small can tomatoes with green chilies or 1/2 (10 oz.) can
    1 head iceberg lettuce
    2 medium tomatoes, chopped
    1 (6 oz.) bag corn chips
Preparation
    Brown meat well in large skillet.
    Drain.
    Add chopped pepper and onion.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Brown a few minutes more; add chili powder and cumin.
