Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. thin noodles
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 cartons sour cream (add a little milk)
    6 finely chopped spring onions and tops
    grated sharp cheese (for top)
Preparation
    Brown chuck in margarine; add salt, pepper, sugar and tomato sauce.
    Cook on low heat at least 30 minutes.
    Cook noodles and drain well.
    Mix together cream cheese, sour cream and onions. Layer noodles, meat mixture and cream cheese-onion mixture. Repeat.
    Sprinkle top with grated sharp cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 to 45 minutes, keeping covered until heated thoroughly. Remove lid and cook 10 minutes more.
    Serves 8 to 10.
