Spicy Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. onion, diced
    1/2 c. green pepper, diced
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 can (16 oz.) stewed tomatoes
    1 jar (8 oz.) taco sauce
    1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies
    5 tsp. beef flavor instant bouillon
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3/4 c. water
    Parmesan cheese
    cooked dumplings or spaetzle
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck, onion, green pepper and garlic.
    Drain. Stir in tomatoes, sauce, chilies, bouillon and mushrooms.
    Simmer until all bouillon is dissolved.
