Cottage Cheese Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium red potatoes
    1 Bermuda onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) carton chive cottage cheese
    9 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise
    pepper
    cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until tender, drain and cool.
    Peel and slice. Place 4 sliced potatoes in bowl.
    Cover with 1/3 of onion, 1/3 cottage cheese, 3 heaping tablespoons mayonnaise and a little pepper.
    Repeat 2 more times to make 3 layers.
    Sprinkle cayenne pepper on top.
    Cover and refrigerate for 12 hours or more.
    Toss and serve.
