Salmon Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
2 c. shredded cabbage
1/4 c. diced celery
1/4 c. sliced pitted ripe olives
1/2 c. mayonnaise
lettuce leaves
tomato wedges
Preparation
-
Drain salmon and flake with a fork.
Add cabbage, celery and olives; stir gently and fold in mayonnaise.
Cover and chill 2 hours.
