Thai Turkey Rice Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. turkey
3 c. water
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 whole onion, cut in small pieces (half onion ring)
1 Tbsp. chopped green onions and celery leaves
1 Tbsp. fish sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Place turkey in medium sized pot.
Add 3 cups of water. Bring to boil.
Add cooked rice, onion, fish sauce and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes.
Put in serving bowl (or small soup bowl). Top with green vegetables. Serve hot.
Makes two to three servings.
