Ingredients

2 c. dried tart cherries
1 c. fresh cranberries
1 c. raisins
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
1 c. apple juice
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
1 c. toasted English walnuts, chopped
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat. Cook for 20 minutes, covered, stirring occasionally.
Cool to room temperature; refrigerate (cover tightly).
Will keep up to 2 weeks in fridge.
