Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 green peppers, chopped
    2 (1 lb.) cans tomatoes
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    2 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. rice
Preparation
    Brown beef in skillet.
    Drain well.
    Put all ingredients in crock-pot. Stir well.
    Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours (high 3 hours).
    Serves 10.
    May be frozen.
