Flaky Herb Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oz. buttery crackers, made into crumbs
    1/4 tsp. each: basil leaves and oregano leaves
    1/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    1 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 thin chicken cutlets (4 oz. each)
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Combine cracker crumbs, cheese, basil and oregano.
    Dip 1 cutlet into yogurt and then into crumb mixture, coating both sides evenly.
    Repeat with other cutlet.
