German Potato Salad(For 25) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 lb. potatoes, cooked and sliced
2 lb. bacon, minced
onion, diced fine
salt and pepper
6 to 8 hard-boiled eggs, diced
1 c. vinegar
2 c. sugar
2 c. water
3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Fry bacon and remove part of drippings.
Thicken drippings with flour.
Add vinegar, sugar and water; pour over potatoes, onion and hard-boiled eggs.
Simmer together a few minutes.
Salt and pepper to taste.
