Rick'S Chipped Beef Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. milk
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. dried beef, cut finely
    1/4 c. green pepper
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Saute pecans in butter.
    In small baking dish, combine rest of ingredients.
    Sprinkle sauteed pecans on top.
    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
