Sweet Potato Boats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium size sweet potatoes
    2 (1 lb.) cans whole cranberry sauce
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. honey
    2 tsp. butter
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Boil sweet potatoes with skin on.
    When cooked, not mushy, drain and peel. Cut in half lengthwise.
    Scoop out middle so they look like boats.
    Fill with whole berry cranberry sauce.
    Pour syrup over and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven about 20
    minutes.
