Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
3/4 c. Wesson or Mazola oil
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Preparation

Mix sugar, eggs and oil.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
