Mexican Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 can sliced, pitted olives (ripe)
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. tortillas (7 to 8-inches in diameter)
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Add all of the other ingredients.
    Layer, beginning with sauce mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Alternate with Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake until bubbly.
    Sprinkle with 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese.
    Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer, until cheese is melted.
