Country Club Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 slices bread, cubed
    1/2 lb. grated cheese
    1/2 lb. cooked ham or sausage, crumbled
    3 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. sage
    1/4 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Place bread cubes in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Add ham or sausage; beat eggs.
    Add milk and spices. Pour over ingredients in pan and drizzle with melted butter. Refrigerate overnight or longer.
    Cover loosely with foil and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until eggs are set.
    Serves 6.
