Tomatoes 'N Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans tomatoes
    2 1/2 c. rice
    4 pieces fatback
    salt and pepper
    4 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    In a large pot, cook fatback.
    Remove fatback.
    In same pot with fatback grease, add tomatoes, rice, water and salt and pepper to taste.
    Bring to a boil; turn on low and cook for 15 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes.
