Maple Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts or 8 thighs
    8 oz. maple syrup
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 oz. wine vinegar
    1 (4 oz.) can tomato puree
    2 tsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. marjoram
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    salt and pepper
    4 cloves garlic
    2 Tbsp. raisins
    2 oz. mushrooms
    1 medium onion
    2 oz. almonds
    1 green bell pepper
    2 celery stalks
    4 oz. sherry
Preparation
    Mix syrup, oil, wine vinegar, tomato puree, sherry, soy sauce, curry powder, marjoram, garlic, salt and pepper together. Put chicken in 2-quart casserole; pour mixture over chicken. Cover; let sit for three hours at room temperature.
    Then add remaining ingredients that have been chopped together.
    Place in uncovered casserole and bake in a 300\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
