Contemporary Salmon Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can salmon, drained and flaked
    2 to 3 ripe tomatoes, diced
    1/2 mild, round onion, chopped
    3 stalks green onions, chopped
    2 tsp. inamona (roasted kukui nuts)
    1/3 c. Italian salad dressing
    1/2 tsp. Hawaiian or rock salt
Preparation
    Combine tomatoes and onion to make a bed on a dish.
    Mound the salmon in the center.
    Sprinkle the salmon with the inamona and salt.
    If the inamona is salted, delete the Hawaiian salt.
    Pour the Italian dressing over and refrigerate.
