Blue Cheese Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. small curd cottage cheese
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. salt
    4 oz. Roquefort or Blue cheese, crumbled
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, except crumbled cheese.
    Mix with an electric mixer.
    Stir in crumbled cheese with a fork.
    Refrigerate.
    Makes 1 1/2 quarts.
    (This is very strong flavored.
    If you're not a diehard Blue cheese lover, pass this by!)
