Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small hen or 2 small fryers
1 large pkg. egg noodles
3/4 lb. hoop cheese
3/4 bell pepper
1 large onion
1 large jar pimento
1 or 2 cans cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Boil chicken until done.
Remove skin and bones. Wilt onion and pepper in skillet.
(Do not cook liver and gizzard with chicken.)
Add large package of noodles to broth and cook until done. Grate cheese and cut up pimento.
Put in large casserole dish a layer of noodles, layer of cut up chicken, layer of onion, pepper and pimento.
Put diluted soup over these. Sprinkle grated cheese. Repeat second layer.
Cook about 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
