Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium potato
    3 lb. powdered sugar
    2 c. peanut butter
Preparation
    Peel, cube and boil potato.
    Drain and mash in a medium size bowl.
    Gradually add sugar.
    Add and mix until you get a ball that does not stick to your fingers.
    Sugar the table and roll to about 1/8-inch thick.
    Spread with peanut butter.
    Using a butter knife, slide under longest side and roll.
    When all rolled, slice with a sharp knife and chill.
