Helen Sabottke'S Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 1/2 c. finely ground Cheddar cheese
    4 Tbsp. sherry
    1/4 tsp. curry powder (she uses a bit more)
Preparation
    Mix and form into one or two balls.
    Wrap in Saran. Refrigerate overnight.
    Serve on pedestal dish.
    Pour Major Grey's chutney over top - 3 stalks finely chopped green onion (or use fresh chives).
