Buttered Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    5 Tbsp. plain flour
    2 large eggs or 3 medium
    5 oz. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 oz. coconut
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix sugar and butter.
    Sift into this mixture the salt and flour.
    Add eggs and blend.
    While blending, add water and vanilla and coconut.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 35 minutes on middle rack.
    Lower rack to lowest point and bake additional 10 minutes or until golden brown.
    Let cool before serving.
