Fresh Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2/3 c. cornmeal
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. buttermilk or plain yogurt
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 c. cooked whole kernel corn (about 1 large ear)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0 and lightly grease 12 muffin cups.
    Sift together dry ingredients; mix in cornmeal.
    In a separate bowl, combine beaten egg with buttermilk, margarine and corn.
    Mix these ingredients with dry ingredients just until blended.
    Do not overmix.
    Spoon into muffin pans.
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until done.
