Lazy Sunday Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. stew meat
    1 can consomme (not bouillon)
    1/2 c. red wine
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. flour
    1 medium onion, chopped
    pepper
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients and onion in casserole.
    Mix flour and crumbs.
    Stir into meat mixture.
    Cover and bake at 300\u00b0 for 3 hours or until tender.
    If too thick, add 1/4 to 1/2 cup water. Serve with noodles, rice or potatoes.
