Amish Crock-Pot Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sirloin tips, cut up
    3 to 4 carrots, sliced
    2 to 3 onions, quartered
    3 potatoes, diced
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    2 (15 oz.) cans Hunt's ready tomato sauce (chunky Italian)
    1/4 c. water
    5 Tbsp. Minute brand quick cook tapioca
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. allspice, marjoram and thyme
    1 Tbsp. sweet basil
Preparation
    Cooking Time: 9 to 10 hours.
