Ingredients

3/4 c. (1 to 1 1/4 cubes) butter
1 small pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
2 c. cake flour
1 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream together butter and cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually add sugar and beat hard.
Stir in vanilla, lemon juice and peel.
Add flour and mix well.
Stir in nuts.
Put small amount from teaspoon onto ungreased baking pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
While hot, roll in powdered sugar.
Makes about 4 dozen small rich cookies.
