Hot Crab Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat
1/2 pt. sour cream
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese (1/2 in mixture and 1/2 on top)
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
4 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 to 3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 shakes garlic
little milk to make creamy
paprika on top
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except crab meat and blend until smooth.
Add crab meat and place into a baking casserole. Sprinkle with remaining Cheddar cheese and paprika and bake uncovered in a 350\u00b0 oven until bubbly.
Serve with crackers.
