Oatmeal Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. quick cook oats
    1 c. flour
    2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Pour milk over oats.
    Set aside 5 minutes.
    Sift flour and other dry ingredients into bowl.
    Stir in soaked oats, eggs and oil.
    Drop by spoonful onto a lightly greased hot griddle.
