Quiche With Self-Forming Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. grated American cheese
    10 eggs
    3 c. milk
    3/4 c. flour
    1/8 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onions
Preparation
    Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups cheese into lightly greased 9 x 12-inch baking pan.
    Beat eggs at medium speed for 2 minutes.
    Add milk, flour, baking powder, salt, pepper and onions.
    Mix for 4 minutes on low speed.
    Pour mixture over cheese and sprinkle remaining 1 cup cheese over liquid mixture in pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Surface will be lightly browned and puffy.
    Serves 12.
