Joes To Go - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
3/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 Tbsp. white vinegar
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chili sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation

In large skillet, cook and stir ground beef and onion until beef is brown; drain.
Add garlic salt, pepper, chili sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard and tomato sauce.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
Simmer uncovered 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve on hamburger buns.
May be frozen along with buns and Joes are ready to go any time needed.
