California Taco Boats - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. chili sauce
1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
1 large tomato, chopped
1 can large pitted ripe olives, sliced
3 medium avocados
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
tortilla chips
Preparation

Brown ground beef, onion and garlic in skillet.
Drain.
Stir in next 7 ingredients.
Heat to boiling.
Reduce heat.
Simmer, uncovered, and stirring occasionally for 10 minutes or until most of the liquid evaporates and the mixture thickens.
Halve, seed and peel avocados.
Spoon meat mixture over avocado halves.
Top each with shredded cheese.
Place under broiler and heat until cheese melts.
