Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    2 Tbsp. chili powder (more to taste)
    4 c. water
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. ground cumin
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 drops red pepper seasoning
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. corn meal
Preparation
    Brown meat in hot oil; add onion and garlic; saute about 3 minutes.
    Stir in chili powder and cook 1 minute.
    Add water, tomato sauce, cumin, salt, pepper and red pepper seasoning.
    Heat to boiling, then cook over low heat for 2 1/2 hours.
    Then mix together flour and corn meal; stir well into chili.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
    Serves 8.
