Easy Zucchini Bake(Microwave; Vegetable) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 diced zucchini
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Accent
2 eggs, beaten
1 (3 oz.) can French fried onions

Preparation

Put diced zucchini in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Top with 3 tablespoons margarine; cover.
Microwave on High for 5 minutes. Mix beaten eggs, salt, pepper and Accent.
Pour over baked zucchini.
Top with 1/2 cheese.
Bake 5 minutes uncovered.
Stir after 5 minutes; add the rest of the cheese and top with French fried onions.
Cook 5 more minutes uncovered.
