Microwave Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. macaroni
    1/4 c. butter
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to directions.
    Drain well and pour into a casserole dish.
    Microwave butter on High until melted. Blend in flour and salt.
    Stir in milk until smooth.
    Microwave at High for 5 1/2 to 6 minutes, stirring with a fork every minute until thickened.
    Stir in cheese until completely melted.
    Stir sauce into drained macaroni; mix well.
    Microwave at Medium for 7 to 10 minutes, stirring after 4 minutes.
