Banana Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. low-fat milk
    1 slightly beaten egg
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    3 mashed ripe bananas
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. bran
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Blend all ingredients thoroughly. Spoon batter into greased muffin tins until half full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Yields 12 muffins.
