Chicken In Wine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

stewing hen, disjointed and fried
1 onion
parsley
1 c. chopped celery
pinch of rosemary
1/2 bay leaf
dash of cloves
1 tomato or 1/2 c. stewed tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1 can mushrooms and liquor
1/2 c. white dry wine
Preparation

Add the onion, some parsley, celery, rosemary, bay leaf, cloves, tomato, salt, pepper, sugar, mushrooms and liquor and wine to the hen; stew very slowly until tender.
