Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. crushed saltine crackers
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 egg
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Turn into greased shallow pan.
    Pat mixture into loaf shape.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Turn out onto hot platter; garnish with parsley.
    Place in well-greased muffin tin for individual loaves.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0. Yield:
    6 servings.
