Orange Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 center-cut pork chops (1-inch thick)
    salt, pepper and paprika
    2 to 4 Tbsp. water
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    10 whole cloves
    2 tsp. grated orange rind
    1/2 c. orange juice
    hot rice
Preparation
    Season chops with salt, pepper and paprika.
    Brown well in their own fat in a skillet.
    Turn down heat; add water and simmer 45 minutes, turning once (adding more water if needed).
