Sesame Whole Wheat Braided Bread(From "A Diary Of Bread") - cooking recipe

2 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. sugar
2 pkg. yeast
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 Tbsp. salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 Tbsp. water
2 1/4 c. warm water
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. whole wheat flour
5 to 6 c. all-purpose flour
3 Tbsp. sesame seed
Preparation

Mix 2 cups flour, yeast, sugar, ginger and salt in a large bowl.
Mix 1 tablespoon of the beaten egg with 1 tablespoon water in a small bowl.
Set aside to be used later for glaze.
Add the remaining eggs, 2 1/4 cups warm water and oil to flour mixture. Beat in 4 cups of all-purpose flour and 1 cup whole wheat flour.
