Egg And Honey Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. warm milk (105~ to 115~)
    3/4 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 to 4 1/2 c. flour
    egg wash (1 egg beaten with 1 Tbsp. oil)
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm milk.
    Stir in honey, oil, eggs and 3 3/4 cups flour.
    Turn onto floured board.
    Knead dough about 5 minutes, adding flour until smooth and elastic.
    Coat large bowl with oil.
    Place dough in bowl, turning to coat with oil on all sides.
    Cover; let rise until doubled.
