Baked Pheasant With Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. Catalina dressing
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1/2 pt. apricot jam
    2 pheasants, cut in pieces
Preparation
    Mix dressing, soup mix and jam.
    Pour over pheasant pieces. Let marinate 2 to 3 hours.
    Place in baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, or until tender.
