Texas Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 clove minced garlic
    3 (15 1/2 oz.) cans small red beans
    2 tsp. salt
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    2 (6 oz.) cans Hunt's tomato paste
    1 to 2 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation
    In large skillet, brown beef, onion, green pepper and garlic. Drain fat.
    Stir in rest of ingredients.
    Simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
