Tuna Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    2 cans drained tuna
    4 eggs, separated
    2 pkg. chopped spinach or broccoli
    1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
Preparation
    In 1/2-quart shallow baking dish, combine soup, broccoli, tuna and nutmeg.
    Lay slices of chestnuts over top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Meanwhile, beat egg yolks until thick; add cheese. Beat egg whites until soft peak forms.
    Fold in egg yolk mixture. Remove casserole from oven.
    Spread mixture over top.
    Bake 15 minutes or until browned.
