Creamy V-8 Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    3 cloves minced garlic
    1 c. V-8 vegetable juice
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    In medium bowl, blend softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually stir in mayonnaise until well blended.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Cover.
    Refrigerate for 2 hours.
    Use as salad dressing or sandwich spread.
    Reduced calorie cream cheese and mayonnaise can also be substituted.
