Rice Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. (8 oz.) each cream cheese, softened
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 c. cooked rice, cooled
    1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese, pineapple that has been drained and rice.
    Add pepper, onion, rice and seasoned salt.
    Mix well and chill.
    With wet hands form into a ball.
    Roll in chopped pecans. Serve with celery and carrot sticks or party crackers.
